We require someone who is success focused and capable with a wide range of technologies specifically Azure, Windows Server, Advanced Networking, Active Directory, InTune, iOS and MDM. Technical Requirements: Our ideal match will have high or expert level understanding of the ITIL framework, Windows Server and Azure architecture, Microsoft 365, Networking, iOS, MDM/MAM, Microsoft Endpoint Protection Manager/Intune, Apple Business Manager, and system administration. You should also have advanced or expert knowledge in: Microsoft Azure and related services PowerShell Office 365 Administration In‑Tune Windows Server SharePoint Exchange Server Defender and other Security Services Windows 10/11 Microsoft Office Network administration experience including: WiFi VLAN DNS IP Routing NAT Edge Protection VPN Ticketing and Ticket Analysis Halo PSA Jira Documentation IT Glue Confluence Learning Management Systems (LMS) Triage Support Desk Services Reporting to Management Projects Documentation PMP and SCRUM is a plus You will be the senior admin of our support services team where you will be the escalation point, empowerment coach, and support sage. Hours may vary, but at this time they are 8am to 5pm EST. This is an in‑office position with limited remote flexibility. We will provide all required devices and training.
