- Must have effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must maintain resident confidentiality at all times.
- Must have an understanding of general cleaning practices.
- Must be able to complete required duties within time allowed.
- Must have the ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
- Will exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
- Must have at least a 9th grade education.
- Six months to one-year experience housekeeping and/or cleaning preferred.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces.
- Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
- Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
- Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
- Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
- Clean, dust, sweep, and mop assigned rooms when scheduled.
- Store chemicals and equipment as directed.
- Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
