Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual, comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' strengths, vulnerabilities, and mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group sessions, utilizing a variety of modalities to ensure holistic care.

• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate a seamless approach to integrated care that supports clients' overall wellness and recovery.

• Advocate for clients, ensuring their access to essential community resources, support services, and rights are upheld throughout their treatment process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record systems.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development workshops to stay informed on best practices and enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders, alongside those facing co-occurring mental health challenges. Your empathetic approach will be vital in establishing rapport and fostering trust with a diverse clientele, many of whom come from varied cultural backgrounds and life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, particularly in settings involving substance use recovery or mental health.

• Strong proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating individualized treatment plans that consider various psychosocial factors.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families.

• A commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and adherence to ethical practices in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other therapeutic modalities.

• Experience working in a detox center or similar clinical environment, understanding the complexities of substance use and mental health integration.

• Certification in evidence-based practices that enhance treatment efficacy.

• Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, with potential variations based on caseload and individual experience.
