We are a privately-held, 45-provider urology practice in the metro Atlanta suburbs . Founded, owned, and led by urologists, we are proud to offer a unique integrated care model with a network of 12 clinics and 7 ambulatory care centers. New Graduates Welcome!

We offer a robust three-month onboarding program and pair new Physician Assistants with an experienced APP Mentor to ensure a smooth transition and help you grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• See new and follow-up patients, develop treatment plans, and provide excellent patient care.
• Perform procedures and assist in surgeries at our Ambulatory Surgery Centers —our APPs are leaders in operative skills nationwide.
• Collaborate with physicians in the clinic and provide comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in hospital rounds, ensuring continuity of care.
• Educate and mentor new APPs and other staff members to promote professional development.
• This position will require time in both Alpharetta and Cumming locations.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive team environment.
