Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Customer Service Rep in Bessemer, AL! Shift: Sunday - Thursday (11:00am - 8:00pm)

Weekly paycheck

Pay: $ 18.75

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by phone and email.

• Handle customer complaints professionally.

• Monitor delivery routes and order status.

• Process delivery order changes and cancellations.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet customer expectations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Details: $18.75 per hour
