For the 26/27 school year, passionate and licensed professionals are needed to provide exceptional services to a diverse K-12 student caseload at multiple locations. This position is onsite only, ensuring you have an immediate and meaningful impact within the school community.
Key Requirements:
- Active California Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Demonstrated experience working in school-based settings, preferably with K-12 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptable and responsive to working at various local school sites
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to different student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students across multiple campuses
- Assess student abilities, develop treatment plans, and document progress per IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student development
- Participate in IEP and interdisciplinary meetings as needed
- Offer guidance to school staff on adaptations, equipment, and strategies to enhance access and participation
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation
