Fun, positive team environment Experience and Skills As a Shift Supervisor, you will: Lead and support your team during assigned shifts Ensure quality food preparation and exceptional guest service Provide coaching, direction, and motivation to team members Foster a fun, fast‑paced, fulfilling work environment Assist with operational responsibilities, including inventory, scheduling, and team performanceContribute to sales and profit goals WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 1 year of restaurant shift supervisor or leadership experience Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to motivate, train, and hold a diverse team accountable Organized and able to manage time and priorities effectively Familiarity with financial reporting, inventory management, and scheduling preferred (Brink experience a plus) Positive attitude, team‑first mindset, and eagerness to grow REQUIREMENTS Evening availability — must be able to close the restaurant Dependable and punctual Ability to stand/walk for shifts (up to 8–10 hours if needed) Ability to lift up to 55 lbs Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Background check required ABOUT MLY INVESTMENTS, LLC – FREDDY’S OF IOWA At MLY Investments, LLC, we operate multiple Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers locations across Iowa and Illinois — and we are growing!
