Painter Powder CoaterTasks & Duties

• Assist machine operators, welders, and technicians with daily production tasks

• Using painting tools, experience with painting different metals

• Load, unload, and move materials, parts, and equipment within the shop or yard

• Clean and prepare work areas, tools, and machinery for daily operations

• Perform basic assembly, grinding, sanding, or finishing work as directed

• Organize and restock materials, tools, and supplies to maintain efficient workflow

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Assist with measuring, cutting, or fitting parts under supervision

• Dispose of scrap materials and maintain a clean, safe workspace

Painter HelperShift Info

• Day Shift, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

• Monday Thursday (10 hour shift)

Painter HelperQualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Painter experience preferred Industrial Liquid Paint

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to work in the US

• Able to pass a background check

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work

• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools painting tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills

• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude

• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of shop safety practices
