We’re excited to get to know you and learn what you will bring to this specialized nursing role. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care for SNF patients in a PRN/day shift setting. Support patients and families with recovery plans and goals; encourage, comfort and motivate throughout the recovery journey. Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care in the post-hospital setting. Qualifications The Must-Haves Current nursing license to practice in Louisiana as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing. Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
