BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Pasco County!
The Behavioral Health Therapist I is responsible for:
- Responsible for completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
- Conducts outpatient case management and discharge planning, maintains accurate documentation, caseload management, and delivers therapeutic and educational interventions.
- Maintains knowledge of community resources and performs other duties as assigned to include program specific duties.
* This role requires a Master's prepared in the field of Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related field.

- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Driver's License
- Driver's License LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Preferred
- Master's in Social Work, Psychology or Related Field
- 2 years clinical related experience or 9 month internship. - Required
- 1 year of relevant experience with Master's
