Service Manager

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Sigenergy customers during the installation, maintenance, and repair of products within the Sigenergy portfolio. Your goal is to ensure that customers and partners can make optimal use of our products and receive a high level of service. You will also be responsible for organizing and delivering training sessions for installers and wholesale partners. 1. Service Planning & Operations Plan and coordinate service processes in collaboration with local colleagues and headquarters. Support installers and wholesalers with service inquiries via phone and email, with a focus on providing fast and practical solutions. Perform onsite repairs when necessary or support installers during initial commissioning. 2. Customer Care Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality. Communicate directly with customers, identify potential issues, and resolve them professionally and efficiently. 3. Training & Partner Enablement Organize and lead training sessions for employees, customers, installers, and partners, both online and in person. Training topics may include installation, maintenance, safety guidelines, energy storage systems, inverters, and other technical subjects. 4. Monitoring & Reporting Monitor service performance and analyze ongoing processes. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports on service activities, trends, and performance, and share them with management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the PV solar and ESS industry, with experience in solution design, technical service, or project management. Strong technical knowledge of PV solar and ESS systems, including design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Proven experience in customer care, service operations, service strategy, or technical support. Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with experience managing complex projects or technical cases. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in relevant software tools such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English and Chinese. Willingness to travel within the region as required. Based in the Central or Western U.S., preferably in Texas, Florida, Illinois, or Ohio.
