Retail Store Manager

Overview As a Store Manager, you will oversee store operations and bring our brand promise to life: to offer a fun, fashion-centered, and affordable shopping experience to our communities. Responsibilities Engage customers by greeting them with a smile and creating a welcoming, fun, and inclusive environment to shop and work in. Prioritize tasks and delegate to the team to run the store efficiently, including managing breaks and lines. Be customer-focused by guiding customers in how we work and helping them find what they need. Mentor and coach team members using training tools and growth plans to support their development. Communicate clearly with management to ensure partnership and alignment on store goals. Problem-solve to enhance customer experience, employee engagement, and overall store performance. Operate with integrity and act in the best interest of customers and the business. Be compassionate, inclusive, and focused on developing a diverse, authentic work environment. Be reliable and flexible, supporting the team as needs change throughout the day. Minimum Requirements Prior experience in retail management as a Lead Manager supervising a team of 15+ employees (2 years+). Extensive fashion knowledge including familiarity with labels, brands, designers and current trends. Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
