Valtir is dedicated to bringing the next generation of innovative safety products to an ever-changing market.1st Shift: FULL-TIME Pay: $21.00Valtir is hiring a quality inspector to support our Fort Worth, TX manufacturing facility by performing quality checks of highway safety products. Job duties include, but not limited to:Inspect products and maintain documentation to ensure quality standards are being metWork with shop personnel and supervisors to improve overall effectiveness of quality systemsWork with other departments to exchange quality informationCount, check and tag products according to company's quality standardsComplete all quality records and follow company policies/proceduresOther duties as assignedWorking environment:Conditions can be hot, cold, dirty, and noisy.The job is within a fast paced, heavy industrial environment and you may be required to work within various areas of the plant.Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be adhered to at all times. This includes safety wear such as hearing and eye protection, protective clothing and steel-toed shoes.Attendance and showing up to work on time are important to the success of the plant. Dependable job attendance is expected.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of quality experienceMust be able to lift 35 lbs.
