- Strong phone skills are a must

- Motivated by goals and comfortable working with performance metrics
- Sales experience is a plus
- Comfortable with basic computer systems
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing, positive, and engaging personality
- Strong communication skills with both clients and team members
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with MindBody software is a bonus
