Position: Medical Scheduler

Description: Obtain patient information at the time of scheduling and assist in filling out forms, relevant documents and case histories. Obtain and log insurance information. Organize and maintain confidential medical files and records. Fill and distribute daily schedules for staff. Manage the front desk operations. Order supplies and maintain inventory. Since the job description of a medical scheduler is wide, they are expected to perform a lot of additional tasks.
