NetSuite Administrator

A PE-backed natural gas infrastructure business is hiring a Systems Analyst into its Denver office. The platform operates regulated gas distribution alongside a fast-growing unregulated transmission business serving data centre and large industrial customers, expanding multi-state through acquisition and new-build infrastructure. The IT and business systems function is being rebuilt from the ground up, with nine enterprise applications implemented concurrently. NetSuite ERP goes live in August, replacing a legacy green screen platform, alongside a new utility billing system, a new work management platform, and others. Roughly 20 integrations flow between them. Roughly 70% is software support and stewardship, 30% is ad hoc operational technology work. What you\'ll own: Day-to-day administration of NetSuite: workflows, saved searches, custom forms, roles and permissions, licensing, sandbox testing, and semi-annual release upgrades First-line support across enterprise applications — triage, resolve, escalate to vendors when needed Vendor coordination with NetSuite Support, Baker Tilly (implementation partner), and adjacent platform vendors Support for integrations between NetSuite and adjacent platforms including work management, utility billing, HR, AP automation, and Snowflake Monitor and resolve data integrity issues across integrations Develop end-user documentation, training materials, and support processes to enable adoption Contribute to reporting requirements gathering and dashboard delivery via Power BI What we\'re looking for: 4+ years as an in-house NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite-focused Business Systems Analyst Direct experience being the primary point of contact for a NetSuite instance day-to-day Comfortable coordinating with external software vendors on support tickets, patches, and upgrade cycles Hands-on with SuiteFlow, saved searches, custom records, roles and permissions, sandbox management Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases AI-fluent — uses tools like Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT as part of daily workflow Nice to have: NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, or SuiteCloud Developer certification Experience through at least one NetSuite implementation or major upgrade Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (Oracle Integration Cloud, Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, Workato or similar) SOX compliance and audit control experience Snowflake, Power BI, or data warehouse exposure The package: Base salary $95,000–$125,000 depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr King & Sykes
