Assistant Operations Manager | Sparkle Express Car Wash.
Elgin, IL | $18/hr + Commission Earnings.

You're the person who sets the standard — not by standing above the work, but by showing up fully present in it. You coach with care, lead with clarity, and understand that when your team wins, everybody wins.
This is a role for someone who's ready to grow — into a Site Manager, into district leadership, and beyond. We don't just offer advancement. We build it into everything we do.
What you'll own:
- Supporting the Site Manager in daily operations and driving overall site performance.
- Leading shifts with the kind of positivity and accountability your team can rally around.
- Training, coaching, and developing team members to deliver genuinely excellent service.
- Reinforcing a culture where great service and membership growth go hand in hand.
- Managing opening and closing duties, deposits, and operational standards with consistency.
- Keeping the site clean, safe, and welcoming — every shift, without exception.
