Key Responsibilities\n- \n

The primary focus of this role is to serve elderly individuals in a range of settings who struggle with mental health issues due to aging. These clients may face significant life transitions, such as loss of independence, bereavement, or health-related changes. - A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required to qualify for licensure. \n
- A minimum of three years of prior experience in mental health counseling, specifically with geriatric populations, is essential. \n
- Active and relevant state licenses are mandatory to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. \n
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills are required, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with clients. \n
