What You'll Do
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service while helping strengthen customer relationships and improve retention.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage updates.
• Conduct proactive policy reviews to ensure customers have the right protection for their changing needs.
• Educate clients on policy options, available discounts, and coverage enhancements.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support customer retention by delivering an outstanding service experience.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen accounts through appropriate coverage recommendations and cross-selling when it benefits the client
• Process policy transactions accurately and maintain organized customer records.
• Work closely with agency team members to ensure every customer receives exceptional service.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Minimum of 6 months of insurance agency or insurance customer service experience .
• Allstate experience highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using agency management systems and computer software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to encourage and prioritize client retention
