• Local Market Knowledge : Familiarity with the Katy area and surrounding neighborhoods is preferred.
• Reliable Transportation : Must have a dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license for property showings and client meetings.

• Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
