Per-Visit Pay Structure: Single visit type structure Minimum productivity expectation: 32 visits per week Example annual earnings: 32 visits per week × $36 per visit × 52 weeks = $59,904 Ability to increase visit volume and earnings beyond the minimum requirement No cap on earning potential Position Overview Austin, TX is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support patients in a home health setting. This role is ideal for nursing professionals who enjoy working independently while delivering personalized, high-quality care directly in patients’ homes. The LVN will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes and continuity of care.
