Medical Device Assembler / Packaging Associate

Location: Bothell, WA

Pay: $20.00-$23.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Overtime: Potential OT Available on Fridays

We're hiring Medical Device Assemblers, Production Assemblers, Packaging Associates, Inventory Associates, and Manufacturing Associates to support the production and packaging of critical respiratory medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical device components and respirator accessories
• Package ventilator kits and related products for shipment
• Read and follow detailed work instructions and production procedures
• Use small hand tools to complete assembly tasks
• Perform basic in-process inspections to ensure product quality
• Assemble boxes and prepare products for distribution
• Support receiving, inventory control, and cycle count activities
• Accurately track and document production activities using basic computer systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

Required:

• Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, packaging, or inventory experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and remain active throughout the shift

Preferred:

• Experience with inventory control or cycle counts
• Experience in medical device, manufacturing, or production environments
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience performing quality inspections
• Microsoft Office or basic computer system experience

Work Environment

This position is based in a clean manufacturing and production environment. Employees work on a team-oriented production floor and may support multiple operational areas, including assembly, packaging, receiving, inventory management, and cycle counting. The role requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
