About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Performance Marketing to lead the transformation of healthcare through data-driven, customer-centric marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. This role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record in CRM and lifecycle marketing, particularly in a direct-to-consumer business environment. The VP will oversee a team that leverages various channels to achieve marketing objectives and will be a key partner in cross-functional efforts to ensure integrated and relevant customer experiences. Applicants for the VP of Performance Marketing position at the company should have a modern marketing mindset that is digital-first, outcome-driven, and adaptable. The role requires a leader with a strong ability to build and lead high-performing teams, manage marketing budgets, and foster a test-and-learn culture.
