Transporting patients post catheterization to their appropriate destination. Many other ancillary duties will be assigned on a day-to-day basis. Provides patient care to adult and geriatric patients.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:1. Must possess level of knowledge of heart anatomy and physiology acquired through LPN with med training, formal Medical Assistant program, or 2 years of EKG program.2. Must have interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients, families and physicians.3. Must have Basic Life Support experience.4.
