Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Chowchilla, CA

This opportunity runs from June 9th to June 30th and offers a 25-hour workweek. Ideal for seasoned SLPs who enjoy working collaboratively with educators and families, this role centers on empowering young learners during a critical period of their academic journey.


Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse student needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students according to established IEPs
• Conduct assessments and document progress with accuracy and professionalism
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff for comprehensive care
• Participate in team meetings and professional development when needed
• Maintain compliance with all school and legal documentation standards
