Content Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary The Content and Social Media Coordinator is responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content that strengthens the Big Red family of brands, drives customer engagement, and supports business growth across digital channels. This role serves as the primary content creator for the organization, producing compelling photography, video, graphics, and written content that showcases our restaurants, gaming experiences, community involvement, sponsorships, and events. The position manages day‑to‑day social media operations while collaborating with the Vice President of Marketing to execute strategic campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong organizational skills who enjoys being in the field, capturing authentic moments, creating engaging content, and building meaningful connections with our customers and communities. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Content Creation Develop, produce, and publish engaging content across all Big Red brands, including restaurants, gaming locations, and community initiatives. Capture high-quality photography and video at restaurant locations, events, promotions, sponsorships, and community activities. Create short‑form video content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Design graphics and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms. Write compelling copy for social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, advertisements, and promotional materials. Develop content that aligns with seasonal campaigns, promotions, new menu items, jackpots, special events, and company initiatives. Build and maintain a library of branded photography, video, and creative assets for future marketing use. Social Media Management Develop and execute daily social media content across multiple brands and locations. Manage content calendars and scheduling through social media management platforms. Monitor comments, direct messages, reviews, and customer conversations while maintaining each brand's voice. Build active online communities by encouraging engagement and fostering customer relationships. Identify emerging social media trends and recommend new content opportunities.
