Diehl Toyota of Wooster is looking for motivated, dependable Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing service team. Whether you're an experienced technician or a developing professional looking to advance your career, we offer the training, support, and opportunities you need to succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns accurately
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Perform multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs
• Work closely with service advisors to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Automotive repair experience preferred
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
• Toyota experience is a bonus
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
