Job Description

Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Conway area. The ideal restaurant manager should be a values-driven leader with exceptional integrity, strong customer service skills, and the ability to balance administrative and financial responsibilities while inspiring their team to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities:

Share our core values and promote a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing
Demonstrate extraordinary integrity and lead by example to achieve a common goal
Empower and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and cuisine
Balance administrative and financial responsibilities with operational duties
Assist the General Manager in overall restaurant operations and be accountable for successes and failures

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary : up to $52,000
Bonus Potential Based on Performance

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Full Service concept
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
Restaurant Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
