Financial Reporting & Accounting Manager

About the Opportunity A large, multi-location healthcare services organization is seeking a Financial Reporting Accounting Manager to support financial reporting, technical accounting, audit activities, and executive reporting.Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to drive process improvements, strengthen reporting controls, and partner closely with finance leadership during a period of organizational growth and transformation.Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.Support consolidated financial statements, management reporting, and external reporting requirements.Perform variance and fluctuation analysis across balance sheet and income statement accounts.Review account reconciliations and improve reporting processes and supporting documentation.Research and document technical accounting matters in accordance with GAAP.Partner with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial results.Coordinate audit requests and serve as a key contact for external auditors.Develop reporting templates, dashboards, and analytical tools.Support board reporting, ad hoc analyses, and special finance projects.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA preferred.5+ years of progressive accounting experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, audit, or a combination.Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation.Experience supporting external audits and month-end close processes.Advanced Excel skills;
