Responsibilities Retarus download, troubleshoot any discrepancies in receipts Fax Machine data, maintain supplies AM/PM processing daily, troubleshoot discrepancies, learn how to identify and correct processing errors Mopath Inventory Client Mailing Working with RCMSS analyst to dissect Any Doc issues to prevent creating Heat tickets Learn how to set up scan jobs for future projects Assist with downloading and installing Any Doc across teams Making forms family changes & additions Maintaining the commit workstations, making sure they are running when they need to be Receiving & assigning work to maintain inventory levels Assisting/backing up other team leads Cross‑training on other team leads tasks Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience as a team or shift leader Knowledge of Microsoft Office for email, word processing and maintaining spreadsheets Fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment requires the ability to manage multiple tasks Good organizational and time‑management skills Pay Range $17.75 - $21.00 per hour Application Window Closes: 5-8-2026 Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life STD/LTD 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Stock Purchase Plan Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan Employees scheduled on a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all benefits except PTO or FTO Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer: Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
