We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in  Ocean County, NJ . Our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients with a range of pulmonary conditions, and we’re looking for a skilled provider who shares our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with pulmonary and sleep disorders
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests, chest X-rays, and lab work
• Manage ongoing care for chronic respiratory diseases, including COPD, asthma, and interstitial lung disease
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care
• Provide follow-up care and make necessary referrals to specialists
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active NJ state NP license
• Experience in pulmonary medicine or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
• BLS and ACLS certification required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $121,943.00 - $126,402.00 per year
