Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 333-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus including at a network of Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis.Job Role Summary: The Solutions Analyst-Pharmacist is responsible for developing complex software solutions to build efficiencies, integrate systems, solve business problems, and/or predict and prevent system failures. This position demonstrates knowledge about Eskenazi Health's policies, procedures, and business operations and is certified or proficient in multiple applications. The Solutions Analyst-Pharmacist coordinates issue resolution across applications. The incumbent employs formalized development methodology and practices to ensure delivery of the highest quality customized solutions, contributing to the successful accomplishment of the primary mission and continued development of Eskenazi Health. The Solutions Analyst-Pharmacist ensures the development of healthy working relationships with operational counterparts. This position supports the management team's efforts to deliver custom solutions which meet detailed specifications intended to satisfy the documented business needs, as well as understands and supports developmental processes and procedures, which are established to explicitly drive business processes. In addition to carrying out above functions, this role must maintain active licensure as a Pharmacist.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Proactively contributes to Eskenazi Health's mission: Advocate, Care, Teach, and Serve with special emphasis on the vulnerable population of Marion County; models Eskenazi Health values of P.R.I.D.E.
