Job Description Forklift Operator- $23-26/hr

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team. This position offers flexible shifts with opportunities to work both AM and PM hours. You will work a schedule that includes shifts from Sunday to Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday, 6am to 6pm, with every other Wednesday on duty.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and reach trucks efficiently.
• Engage in shipping and receiving tasks.
• Assist with picking and inventory management.
• Utilize RF (bar-code scan) devices for accurate order processing.
• Manage pallet jack operations.
• Delegate orders and resolve problems regarding order status.
• Perform order picking and packing duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Multitask effectively under time constraints and fast-paced conditions.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate assertively.
• Problem-solving skills for order status issues.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience using RF devices is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
