What You'll Do:

• Safely and efficiently drive company vehicles to deliver products from the warehouse to our valued customers.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring proper storage and organization.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself to company standards while on customer premises.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure seamless inventory management.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and comply with all safety and driving regulations.
• Help optimize routes to improve efficiency and meet delivery schedules.
• Participate in branch L10 meetings, team-decision forums (TDF), and committees to stay engaged and aligned.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.

Mission & Standards:

• Mission: Safely, accurately, and efficiently process product into and out of the warehouse while providing an on-brand experience.
• MCO: Meet or exceed picking accuracy goals.
• Safety: Always adhere to safety standards and protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver's License (CDL preferred, but not required).
• Strong work ethic and dedication to getting the job done safely and on time.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous driving or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physically demanding tasks.
