What You Will Do:

• Install, trouble shoot and repair a variety of complex electrical systems and electronic devices
• Keep electrical components of melt systems functioning
• Perform work to National electrical code
• Perform Continuous Improvement initiatives
• May be required to carry out tasks not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this position in support of department objectives and to develop one's skills
• Adhere to CORE guidelines and perform CORE duties as required
• Adhere to all EH & S guidelines, including wearing of required personal protective equipment
• The position will work a schedule of Friday - Sunday (3x12) 7:00am - 7:00pm (4th shift)
• Call-in/overtime when required

Qualifications You Must Have:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Electrical and electronic trades training or Associates degree
• Read/work from drawing and schematic diagrams
• Use volt-ohm meter and megger

• The position requires ascending, descending stairs, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, twisting, overhead reach, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

The pay range is $23.00 per hour; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
