Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health travel contract in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys flexibility, independence, and one-on-one patient care while living in one of the most scenic outdoor regions in the Northeast.

Assignment Details:

• Home Health setting
• 13-week contract
• Full-time schedule
• Adult/Geriatric patient population
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex patients
• Focus on mobility, gait training, balance, endurance, fall prevention, and home safety
• OASIS and Home Health experience preferred but not required for all opportunities
• Mileage reimbursement available
• Supportive clinical team and orientation provided
