Overview:

Construction Assemblers may be responsible for: Assembling and installing racking components, Performing driveline assembly work, Working with aluminum bolts and other components, Hauling and staging materials in the field, Pre-Assembling components for installation, Setting and positioning components for crews, Completing assigned sections and daily production goals, Following instructions from leads and site supervisors, Maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Skills and Experience:

• Comfortable performing physical and manual labor
• Able to work on their feet and remain active throughout the shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Dependable and able to report to work as scheduled
• Goal-driven and able to maintain a steady work pace
• Able to follow directions and work as part of a crew
• Safety-minded and willing to follow all site requirements
• This is a production-driven construction environment, so employees should be comfortable working toward clear daily goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

We understand that just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing demands JIT staffing. Our clients know they can lean on us to get 20 to 200 Onin teammates with a 2- to 8-hour notice. On the other hand, when skill set and longevity are the priority, we customize our recruiting and screening process to ensure our partnering clients have the employee edge with teammates they can hire directly after the contract term.
