In this role, you’ll perform medical screenings, monitor donors, respond to emergencies, and ensure safe, high-quality plasma collection. You’ll document donor histories, perform basic health assessments, manage adverse reactions, and support regulatory compliance. Working within a collaborative team, you’ll educate donors, maintain sterile procedures, and uphold exceptional patient care standards in a fast-paced clinical environment focused on safety, compassion, and continuous improvement.
