What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will:
- Support daily operations of an LIHTC community in Lowell
- Manage recertifications and ensure full LIHTC compliance
- Maintain organized, audit-ready resident files
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and rent collections
- Respond to resident needs and coordinate service requests
What You Bring
To succeed in this Assistant Property Manager role, youshould have:
- 2+ years experience as an Assistant Property Manager
- Affordablehousing, section 8, customer service, communication, organization, timemanagement, ability to work as a team and individually, reliable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in RealPage preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
