Human Resources Generalist

We design and deliver reliable solar power systems for homes, RVs, boats, and off-grid applications. About the Role We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our team on-site at our Irvine, CA office (92618). This is a hands-on role supporting the full employee lifecycle in a fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and HRIS maintenance Support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer letters Administer benefits enrollment and answer employee questions about benefits, policies, and payroll Assist with performance management processes and employee relations matters Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Maintain accurate HR documentation and support HR reporting and audits Coordinate training sessions and support employee engagement initiatives Qualifications 2+ years of HR-related experience (required) Bachelor's degree or above (Required) SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification preferred (not required) Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field Master's or PhD preferred Compensation & Location Pay: $28-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience Location: Irvine, CA 92618.
