Registered Nurse - ICU

Role Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. Key Duties Conduct assessments Address physical and psychosocial needs Develop and implement individualized care plans Provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures Evaluate intervention effectiveness Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Troubleshoot equipment issues Participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives Promote patient safety and satisfaction Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a nursing specialty program (required), Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). Demonstrates compassionate care, strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies and procedures. Additional Information Work includes night shifts, every other weekend and holiday.
