Rehabilitation Supervisor - Occupational Therapy NICU

Job OverviewWe are seeking a rehabilitation supervisor for Fairview's system NICU Occupational Therapy team.This supervisor will have operational responsibility over the OT team across Fairview University and 4 community hospital NICUs. The supervisor is responsible for staff development, performance management, managing resources, clinic and/or hospital operations, regulatory oversite, and leadership. In collaboration with the patients and families, the supervisor is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice for the discipline they are credentialed. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.FTE: 1.0, authorized for 80 hours per pay period.
