Associate Attorney

You will work closely with our senior partners and associates, conduct legal research, draft documents, and maintain client files. Responsibilities: • Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action • Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently • Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used proceedings and contract negotiations • Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys • Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff Qualifications: • Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school • Candidates must have passed the bar exam • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clients • Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA) • Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow our client base Compensation: $100,000 • Compensation: $100,000 per year
