CNA/Certified Medication Technician (CMT) - Make Care Count Every Day

Do you have a passion for helping others feel safe, supported, and cared for? We're looking for a dedicated CNA/Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing the health, independence, and quality of life of our residents.

Your Impact

As a CNA/Certified Medication Technician , you'll be an essential part of our care team, working closely with a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, high-quality care. In this role, you will:

• Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards
• Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily resident care
• Help residents maintain their highest level of physical and emotional well-being
• Encourage independence while promoting safety and dignity
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to ensure timely care

• What You Bring

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least 3 months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties
• A current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification
• A current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification , including required in-services
• A caring attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to resident-centered care

Additional Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older (per Department of Labor regulations)
