We’re hiring at multiple Klatch Coffee locations throughout the San Gabriel Valley (San Dimas, Glendora, Pasadena, Diamond Bar and more)

What You’ll Do

Make delicious coffee and espresso drinks with care and consistency.
Welcome every guest with a smile and friendly conversation.
Keep the café clean, organized, and inviting.
Work with your team to handle busy shifts smoothly.
Learn new skills and keep improving your craft every day.

Who We’re Looking For

Outgoing and people-focused — you enjoy connecting with others.
A team player who’s dependable and brings positive energy.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Curious and open to learning — no barista experience needed, we’ll train you!
Reliable, punctual, and ready to grow.
Someone with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
