Field Sales Representative (Bilingual)

Base Salary + Uncapped Bonus Potential

About the Role

Join a growing delivery partner program and help expand a network of local businesses throughout the Dallas market. This field-based role combines outside sales, business development, and community outreach. You'll connect with business owners, promote the program, qualify prospective partners, and guide them through onboarding while earning uncapped incentives based on your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage local businesses through face-to-face outreach.
• Present the delivery partner opportunity and generate interest among business owners.
• Qualify prospective partners and guide them through the application process.
• Manage leads, pipeline activity, and reporting within Salesforce.
• Support recruiting events, networking opportunities, and community outreach initiatives.
• Build relationships with chambers of commerce, business groups, and referral partners.
• Generate new leads through networking and local market engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, customer service, recruiting, or business development experience.
• Proven outside sales, field sales, or territory management experience.
• CRM experience required; Salesforce preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM platforms.
• Bilingual communication skills required.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.

Preferred Background

• Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred; Hindi language skills are a plus.
• Experience working with small business owners.
• Prior prospecting, lead generation, or sales negotiation experience.
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Schedule: Field-based role with local travel and remote administrative work as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
