We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Pharmacist I-DAYS to join our dynamic healthcare team. Required Skills:
- Valid pharmacy license in the state of practice
- BLS or ACLS certification
- PALS certification for pediatric practice
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or BS Pharmacy degree
- Strong knowledge of drug therapy management, medication safety, and pharmacokinetics
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret medical records and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous hospital or clinical pharmacy experience
- Experience with anticoagulation, renal dosing, or pharmacokinetic consulting
- Familiarity with antibiotic and opioid stewardship programs
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and medication use review
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Pharm.D. degree with hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Prior experience in ambulatory care and patient education is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work varied 8-hour shifts as scheduled, including early mornings, afternoons, or evenings
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and certification requirements
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
