What are the position details? Wednesday Group Leader Each Wednesday Group Leader works with their specific group of students each Wednesday afternoon (including check-in, snack time, outdoor activities, enrichment, and homework/quiet time). Group leaders are fast learners; the position has a five day training period, with ample opportunities to learn more as you go. This position is specifically for WEDNESDAYS from 12:00-6:00 pm ONLY. However, additional days and hours are possible as a "substitute" if requested. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of experience in childcare, and the ability to obtain and pass the required background check. CPR/First Aid certification is required within 14 days of employment. Positions are determined by the Triple A Manager and are contingent upon the interview process. If hired, positions are subject to change. What are the hours? Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays, Fridays from 2:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays from 12:00 p.m. – 6 p.m. Triple A staff members are asked to work 24 hours per week. There is the possibility for additional hours through other school programs. Please keep in mind, this position is for the 2026-2027 school year with contract dates of August 4-May 28 Due to the nature of this position and our business, fingerprinting and background checks will be conducted as a condition of employment. A fingerprinting/background check is required at the new hire’s cost. What’s working in a school like? Working with students is high-energy, fun, and rewarding.
