Act as day‑to‑day legal support for business partners across a broad range of business areas, in conjunction with external counsel and the internal legal team as required. Lead legal workstreams related to global investment and trading matters, advising on and negotiating investment‑related documentation. Provide legal support for investment and class‑action matters, presenting to boards such as mutual funds, ETFs, and hedge funds, and coordinating board discussions with business partners. Assist with regulatory change projects, business change initiatives, and investment product and distribution programmes. Guide and direct the work activities of junior lawyers and paralegals. Carry out additional duties as assigned, including compliance with the firm’s regulatory obligations and JHI policies. Benefits Hybrid working and reasonable accommodations. Qualifications Extensive experience in a similar role or in financial services, preferably in‑house. Minimum of 6 years of in‑house or law firm experience. Advanced analytical and research skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience managing and developing a team. Strong mentoring and leadership development skills. Commitment to continuous education and training. Compensation and Bonus Base salary range: $180,000 – $200,000 (actual pay may vary). Open through June 21, 2026. Annual bonus eligibility: discretionary award from the profit pool, based on company, department, team, and individual performance.
