Overview
This travel Radiology Tech – CT Tech position is located in Atlanta, GA. The assignment starts on 07/06/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. The role offers guaranteed hours of 36 per week with a three-day shift schedule. Typical shifts are 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., three days per week. You will work in a hospital setting with high-acuity patients, including Level 1 trauma, stroke, and burn care. The CT program uses multiple GE scanners, including newer Revolution platforms and older platforms, and EPIC for data management and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging examinations for inpatients, ED patients, and trauma/stroke cases according to provider orders and department protocols.
- Operate multiple CT scanners (including GE platforms—older and Revolution—and associated equipment) and optimize protocols to balance image quality with patient safety.
- Verify patient identity and orders in the EPIC system, document procedures, and ensure accurate labeling and storage of images.
- Monitor patients for comfort and safety during imaging, administer contrast per protocol when required, and manage IV access as directed.
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and nursing staff to support fast-paced, high-acuity care and timely study interpretation.

Requirements
- ARRT CT certification preferred
- Experience in CT imaging; familiarity with GE CT scanner platforms (older platforms and Revolution) preferred
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Level 1 trauma–focused environment (including stroke and burn care)
- Availability to work a three-day-per-week schedule (Wed–Fri) with 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. shifts; flexibility for overnight coverage as needed
